Christina Daskas is a well-seasoned litigator with over 20 years-experience practicing law. What differentiates Christina from other attorneys is her desire to continuously evolve and challenge herself. This is demonstrated by her wildly diverse background in representing companies and individuals in both civil and criminal matters. Christina has worked in the public and private sectors, as in house counsel, and as a senior associate in small and large firms. This sundry experience provides her with a unique lens to representing clients.

At the outset of her career, Christina served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in the Juvenile, Homicide, Trial, and Appellate divisions of the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office, as well as in the Child and Family Abuse Bureau (C-FAB) handling the domestic violence docket.  During her time at the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office, Christina tried countless bench and jury trials involving various offenses ranging from low level misdemeanors to capital offenses.

In 2016, Christina became of counsel to Kirsch Daskas Law Group. Free from the burdens of the traditional law firm model, Christina is able to focus on what is important – providing affordable and zealous client-centered representation for individuals and small businesses in civil and criminal matters.
